Recovering Closed or Missing Notes #
To recover missing Sticky Notes on Windows, open the app and click the notes list icon to see all your notes, then double-click the one you want to restore. If a note was deleted, look for a trash icon to find deleted notes and click the restore button. If all your notes disappeared, you can also try navigating to the C:\\Users\\<UserName>\\AppData\\Local\\Packages\\Microsoft.MicrosoftStickyNotes_8wekyb3d8bbwe\\LocalState folder in File Explorer, then right-click the plum.sqlite file and select “Restore previous versions” to recover a previous backup
